Help youth through consistent support, listening, encouragement, healthy boundaries, and positive example. Mentor screening and training standards will be published before participant matching begins.

Trust requires structure.
Before GROW begins matching mentors with minors, the program should finalize written screening, background check, training, supervision, communication, transportation, incident reporting, and parent consent procedures.
